What Is Global Access Direct Service

Global Access Direct (GAD) service is the implementation of our new generation of switching technology. GAD is a direct dial-through service for customers. This means the customer does not have to hang up when placing a long-distance call, giving the customer transparent access to our service, at the best rates.

How GAD - Sweden Works

  1. Instant, direct access - no time delay waiting for the callback.
  2. No monthly minimum or activation fees.
  3. No limit to the number of phones the customer can use with the service.
  4. GAD service is accessible from any touch-tone phone in Sweden at the same low rates.

Customer Instructions for a Registered Phone

  1. From your registered touch-tone phone, dial the Sweden access number: 0200-311 311.
  2. After the tone, enter the number you want to call, followed by the # key. (For example: country code + city code + destination number + # key.)
NOTE: Do not dial 009 to make an international call.
  1. To make additional calls, press ## (pound key twice).
  2. To re-enter a misdialed number, enter the * key.

Customer Instructions for a Non-Registered Phone

  1. From the non-registered phone, dial 0200-311 311 and wait for the tone.
  2. Enter your personal authorization code followed by the # key.
  3. After the tone, dial the number you want to call, followed by the # key. (For example: country code + city code + destination number + # key.)
IMPORTANT: GAD - Sweden is not available when using a mobile phone. GA CallBack service can be used instead without the monthly minimum usage charge.
NOTE: Only one caller may use the authorization code at a time. Contact Telegroup Customer Service to request more than one authorization code.

Ordering and Provisioning Details

  1. The monthly usage limit will be set at 2,000 Swedish Kroner (SEK) per telephone line. To change the limit, customer can contact Telegroup Customer Service.
  2. Billing is in 30/06 increments, with charges starting after the other party answers the call.
  3. Invoices are generated each month. However, customer receives a separate invoice for the GAD service. Therefore, if customer subscribes to other Telegroup services, customer will receive more than one invoice per month.
  4. All calls and invoice billing are rated in SEK.
  5. If customer has a VAT identification number, customer may contact Telegroup Customer Service to receive a VAT free invoice. VAT cannot be refunded.
