Spectra 10710 is Telegroup's direct dialing service that offers savings on both national and international calls from Switzerland. It uses an intelligent global fiber optic network and is designed to give the customer speed, ease of use and crystal clear connections. The service also offers Pre-selection, allowing customers to pre-select Telegroup as their primary long-distance provider. To use the service, customers do not need to enter the 10710 code.

All active Telegroup customers in Switzerland and all new Switzerland customers.

How Spectra Switzerland Works

Here are the details of how the service works

1. Free monthly specification of calls.
2. No installation costs.
3. No monthly minimum fee.

Customer Instructions

1. For local National calls (outside the 10 km local call zone), dial 10710. Then dial the city code + Number.
2. For International calls, dial 10710. Then dial the Country Code + phone number (International Access Code).

Rates, Ordering and Billing Details

1. Billing increments 30/06
2. Charges start once your party answers the phone.
3. VAT is 7.5% on all charged calls.
4. Rates are billed in Swiss Francs, and customer may pay in CHF or USD.
5. No service for mobile phones
6. No charge for non-connects
7. Customers may receive two invoices: one invoice for Global Access Direct and Spectra calls, a second invoice for Global Access Callback and other Telegroup Services.
