What Is Global Access Mobile Callback

Global Access Mobile Callback or GACB – CLI is our new improved callback service for mobile phones without using DIDs. Customers’ mobile providers cannot block their calls or charge them for calling the US as they did in the past. They are able to make national or international calls and get the same low rates they enjoy with Global Access CallBack (GACB).

How GACB – CLI Works

1. The first mobile line is free, additional lines are $15 minimum usage per line per month.
2. No charge for unanswered or busy signal calls.

Customer Instructions

1. From your registered mobile phone, dial the access number: 069-75-89-44-77.
2. After one ring, hang up.
3. Our switch recognizes the number and calls you back.
4. When you pick up the phone, dial country code (without 00), area code (without 0), plus the number you wish to call, then “#” key. For example, calling a number 123456 in Cologne, dial: 49 221 123456#.

More GACB – CLI Details

1. 30/06 billing increments.
2. Phone needs to be set to touch tone (DTMF tone “on”).
3. When making outgoing calls, you have to transmit your phone number (CLIP “on” -- for Siemens’ phones means incognito “off”).
